DAY 1: 192lb
40 mcg of clen today here are my crappy starting pics....yes it's a really bright room so shadows can't play tricks on you lol my weak points would be my legs and chest...strong points arms and back....I think I will have a little shadow next time these make me look pale as a ghost

Day 2 40 mcg of clen just did some hiit training diet was 2300 cals spot on

Day 3 60mcg of clen today is Easter so hiit in the morning after the baby opens her Easter basket then off to eat some ham (yes I'm bringing my food scale) then work 4-12 back to the gym tomorrow
 
DAY 4
60 mcg of clen....legs are super sore after sprints yesterday but they doesn't surprise me since this is the first time I've ever done cardio lol....today is my extra day so it's chest and back then off to work....bringing some tilapia and Greek yogurt for lunch tonight.
 
Day 5 80 mcg clen
ouch my legs are in so much pain god damn sprints are killing me but fuk it I'm doing legs today and I'm going to push through the pain...I'm also doing shoulders today...diets been pretty good so far just wish I could do more hiit but my legs won't allow it lol...on another note saw a new guy at the gym today he's around 6'5 maybe taller and 285....I saw the scale after he stepped off and he is a lean 9% bf I bet I was like omfg beast lol I thought AIRBORNE came into my gym haha
 
That's a big boy right there. Keep up the good work dude. I might have to try clen out after my cycle.

Thanks man...clens hard to workout with that's it's downfall bc of the shakes but it's worth it to lose this gut and get in a fitness magazine lolol

Day 6 80mcg of clen

Today is an off day so I was going to do hiit in the morning but my legs are shattered from yesterday so I work 4p to midnight so when I get home I'll go for a jog and do some sprints. I measure all my food prior to the day and add it all in my iPhone so today will be 2100 cals 55 carbs 200+protein and around 80-100 grams of fat

Note: I am pulling the 11oxo and adding 250 mg of p stanz instead...I'm also switching from a 4 day a week lifting schedule to a 5 day a week one I'll post it up tomorrow

Today is daddy daughter day so I'm busy which keeps the hunger easy to deal with...I had very low carbs for the day and later I'll be doing chest and tris so we will see how it goes I'm curious to see if I look any leaner when lifting also weighed myself this morning.....189 :) down 3 pounds this week!!!! Also here is my new workout scheme

If I were you I would up calories a bit to the point were you can atleast mostly maintain strength. I severely dislike loosing strength gains. Thus I share your disgust in cutting. Stupid looking good getting in the way of my gains.

So today sucked I had to either cut all my reps short or lower the weight god damn I hate cutting and how it kills strength
 
So I noticed something today lol when I put the oral syringe in the clen and suck up whatever dosage I'm at I also end up with some in the syringe...well when I put it in my mouth in also getting what's ever in the syringe plus my dose haha so I'm not doing that any more...

I only feel old when I realize how old I am. I truly do not feel it...well except for my elbows lol. Enjoy her while she is little. Trust me she won't stay that way long

Today was back and bis...ate a little more carbs prior to lifting and strength was better today....almost no shakes today I'm really good at tolerating sides...took some pics at the gym just for fun I'll be posting my 2 week pics next Friday....diet today was easy...carbs I had some oatmeal and a banana and other then that all I had was 350 grams of hamburger,cheese peanut butter and Greek yogurt yum so low carbs again going to refeed Sunday for leg day

Carbs still below 100 grams deff refeeding for legs tomorrow. Calories at around 2000-2200 feeling pretty good almost no shakes at 100 mcg...today was my off day...couldn't do hiit because I wanna kill legs tomorrow even tho I work at 5am :( seeing a tad more definition in my arms and upper stomach and chest I guess we will see in a few days when I take my pics over again...
 
Day 10 100mcg clen
Feel fuking amazing today omg got up at 5 lol but feel great doing legs...forgot my taurine so the cramps suck but man 1300 cals and 120g of carb before the gym for my refeed is awesome!!! Started doing squats with 145 warm ups and almost a half hour later in on my tenth set at 250 lol I just kept doing them lol and I normally hate those pricks lol awesome day guys I feel great
 
Good work dude. Squats are a love hate relationship for the most part.

It is odd but after leg day walking up stairs is ok but walking down stairs makes me feel like my legs are falling off.

either way, good job on the weight loss. Man u guys and this low carb shyt... I eat about 300g everyday thats part of my problem....
Really the body needs carbs. Do a 40/30/30 but just eat clean is something I may try soon.

LoL, i'm the same way with legs, upstairs is fine (just takes a bit more effort) but going down stairs can be dangerous as hell LoL, I always have my girl walk behind me down the stairs after leg day.... just in case.
 
Yeah superset arms is something I have switched two as well. It's a great idea...

Only thing is I like being in the gym 4 days a week not 5....
