Anyone here have any experience using hawthorn berry supplements to lower blood pressure? If so, how much did it lower your blood pressure and what dose did you take?
I am taking medication (TARKA) for high blood pressure and I would love to quit taking this EXPENSIVE medication and use this instead. If it truly works.
