I will have all proper support and pct supps i just wanna know how the actual ph cycle stack looks let me know any opinions thanks

I eat mostly chicken and turkey. Some red meat.

Load up on vegetables and have been very low on carbs... I know with the sd i will have to up my carbs.
I eat about 4 meals a day and in between those meals 3 protein shakes
 
Want to go into a bulk now clean.. Add few pounds of lean muscle. Im down to about 8-10% BF so want to stack on that muscle now
 
Yeah, you'll be primed for some good gains - I'd smash the clean carbs - oats, sweet potato, brown rice etc. SDs good for gains, keep your water intake up, taurine helps.

Seriously consider adding in a test base like prop - there is good synergy with SD and lower risk of sides IMO
 
Ive ran epi solo before and it worked well for me really good hardening agent i felt. And leaned up while adding muscle


Which is why i was curious to see how it worked stacked with sd
 
i have ran sd before . im currently one week into a second sd run. i purchased epi also . was thinking about tossing it in here to.

starting to think it might not be a good idea. read a few bad logs. dudes getting liver failure... but they also ran really high doses. so lm still debating.

yea.... the prob it epi is slow acting. at 30mg ur looking at 2-3weeks untill ur bod is saturated with that compond.
so that bridge leaves about a week off sd and still loading epi.. which is ok.
if u over lap two weeks of sd and epi together. it would work better as a bridge but would be harsh as hell. no matter how much thistle or assist u take. if you didnt alreay get the epi. look into a non-methyl to stack .

sd is illegal for a reson... to many ppl thought they were invinsable and ended up in the ER...

That neing said.... alot of ppl do that bridge. and it works... im not counting my self out
