Straight bar curl 2 sets 10 reps
Preacher curls 1 set 30 reps
Pull ups to failure 3 sets
Wed:
Flat bench 5x5
Decline bench 10/8/6
Flys 3 sets to failure because I only have 30lbs dumbbells
Narrow press 10/8/6
Rops push 1x30
Dips 3xfailure
Friday:
Hack squats 5x5
Lunges 5x10
Calf raises 3xfailure
Military press 5x5
Barbell shurgs 10/8/6
Front and rear laterail raises 3x10
