Im not sure if I could take either of those, Ive been following cdk for awhile now and I dont consume carbs on workout days.

do you need to eat carbs to take those, or for the full benefit?

I think i do tho right? because of the insulin response to carbohydrates.
 
AP has been pretty popular with fasted training; but I can't say for sure that it would be optimal for your scenario.

hmm, sounds interesting.

what the hell ill give it a shot, and another user just sent me a loving message telling me that you can take glycobol without carbs.

so which would say is better given my needs?

glycobol or ap?
