How's The Stack?

Just ordered 4 AP's:woohoo: ! So just as soon as I receive them my stack is gonna consist of Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, and E-bol. Of course I have all the extra lil goodies like BCAA's, taurine the mass pump stack (nutraplanet) etc. How's this sound? Once I start I'm gonna keep yall updated.

how essential are BCAA's?? i mean.....regardless how much my protein shakes and other supps have.....should i have a single product sorce for them??? and if so....what brand(s) are recommended.......

also....are they more needed for cutting...bulking...or it is important for both of them?
 
the stack looks great AP,Pwerful,and E-Bol you are in for some fun times ahead thats for sure! you are going to be very full tight and hard, while losing excess Bodyfat cannot get any better than that

Well I have Nutraplanet's BCAA's. You can't beat the price. By what I've heard you need extra BCAA's other then just your protein to help jump start either cutting or bulking, guess which ever one your trying to do.

Hope so...it cost a lil money but in the end I know it's gonna be worth it plus more.:bb2:

ahh..ok....i mean..i do optimum whey shakes...and they supposedly have a shi** load of bcaa's in them....and ive heard a few debates that there is no need to supplement with bcaa's, then some people say it is essential to supplement with them...so...its kind of a tug of war.
 
I know what you mean. Guess you just have to see what works for you and go from there. I take in an extra 15 - 20gm of BCAA's and it seems to be helpin compared to when I didn't take em
