I know it's supposed to be more potent, but I seem to have better luck with the old bulk Powerfull than the new one (the white caps with Powerfull written on it).
I'm just mainly taking it pre-bed to get a good nights rest. With the bulk (about to hit my last few doses in my last container) I would take 1/2 tsp before bed and wakeup without issue and feeling refreshed (this is at 5am).
Since I was running out, I ordered some Powerfull so I could continue use. I tried it for a few nights with two caps and it seemed to have done nothing with regards to getting good sleep. Used the bulk version again and felt great the next morning.
Next I tried three caps thinking maybe that was equivalent to the 1/2 tsp of the bulk version, but I had the same results. Had problems waking up and still felt very tired. After this, used bulk Powerfull and sleep was great.
I did the non-bulk (2 caps and 3 caps) for several nights then used the bulk for several nights to rule out any possibility (as much as possible) that I was just having a bad night. I normally go to sleep at 10p (give or take 15 mins) to get around 7 hours of sleep. During these times, 10p was the average bed time and my daily activities were normal with no added amounts of high stress.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed this?
As an additional note, I gave my brother 1/2 tsp of the bulk and also two caps of the non-bulk. With the bulk version he reported having a good night's sleep and with the non-bulk, he said he still felt tired the next morning. I'm not really taking this into consideration though, since he only had one serving of each and his stress levels were much higher when taking the non-bulk.
