How's my on clue

It's suppose to say hows my on cycle diet look!!!


Meal 1: 6eggs, 2 pieces of toast, banana, 2 cups milk

Meal 2: 4.5oz tuna 3oz nuts

Meal 3:8oz chicken 1 cup rice

Meal 4:6oz steak 1 sweet potatoe

Meal 4: 6oz ground beef 2 rice cakes

Post workout 50 gram whey with 2 rice cakes and honey


Meal 5: 5oz chicken with 2 bananas

Meal 6:2tb peanut butter

Would help if you put your goals up, it's a terrible mass diet but an acceptable albeit boring cutting diet. The rice cakes aren't much value but if you like them then whatever, also don't understand having a meal of peanut butter but the basics are fine. Throw 10gm of fish oil in there a day.

definetly not terrible for lean mass.

i dont know what kind of bulk your doing. although needs a little work.

you need to increase the amount of fats by like 100g seriously
 
Looking to gain like ten lean pounds... Even gained 8lbs while dropping 3 lbs o fat would be nice.... So what should I add or switch or to make it better to get threw?
 
Word on more fats man. I get 150g a day, I like to keep the percentage JUST slightly under the percentage of cals I get from protein.
