milk and fruit are not conducive to fat loss. lactose and fructose sugars are processed differently than glucose. You should aim to consumer slow burning complex carbohydrates that release glucose into the bloodstream at an even, slow rate thus keeping insulin production minimal. When insulin levels are high, fat loss is metabolically impossible.

Its weird you say to keep insulin levels low with steady glucose into bloodstream but then say no to fruit. Fruit/fructose doesn't cause an insulin release like glucose does so obviously it gets into the bloodstream lower.

Unless you're a precompetition bodybuilder, you can eat fruit. Its not going to wreck your physique.
