Hows My Diet?

I am 5'6 135 lbs trying to get up to 160 with toned muscle

My diet consists of:

Morning - 6 am:
1 scoop whey
1 cup kashi GO lean cereal 13g protein

brunch - 9 am:
KRAFT BREYERS LIGHT Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt 8 g protein
1 scoop whey

Lunch - 12 pm:
1 Can tuna 24g protein
2 slices of low cal wheat bread 45 cal per slice 6g protein
1 Apple

Pre-workout 2 pm:
1 scoop Whey

Post workout 4-5 pm:
1 scoop whey
KRAFT BREYERS LIGHT Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt 8 g protein
1 banana

Dinner - 7 pm:
1 Chicken Breast
1 Sweet potato
1 Apple

Before bed - 10 - 11 pm
1 scoop whey

TOTAL
Calories: 1821
Protein: 195g protein
Carbs: 222g
Fat: 17g

do I need more caloric intake or no?
 
Word of advice from my personal experience, try to keep to whole foods as much as possible and keep the shakes to a minimum Ive always found by far the best gains to come from whole food!
 
More fats, and add some beef and veggies.

You're total calorie intake isn't close to a bulking total. Throw in some peanuts, almonds, peanut butter, whole eggs, beef, fish oil, salmon, whole milk....that should do it.
