I've been lurking around here for about 2 weeks, and figgured it was time for me to make a post.

I live in West Virginia (originally from the Seattle area though) 5'10, 205 pounds and 42 years old.

I started working out about 5 months ago. Just trying to learn as much as I can about weight lifting, diet, and supplements.

Just recently joined a gym, and am kinda overwhelmed with all the equipment. Trying to work out a routine that works for me.

Anyway, this looks like a great place, and I have learned quite a bit here all ready.
 
welcome to the board brudda. this is definately the best reference for learning anything regarding the gym. 99.9% of questions have already been answered so the search feature can be your best friend. anyhoo, welcome. :)
