How would you run Nolva if you only have 20mg tablets?

Typical PCT regime tends to be 20/20/10/10 but I only have 20mg tablets.

Advice? Can you split pills or dose EOD?

You can split/cut your tabs and you'll be fine.
My Clomid comes in 50mgs so I just split them with a really sharp knife for when I taper it down to 25mgs and 12.5mgs

Yep just split the tabs in half to get your 10mg dose.
