Msten is pretty strong for an oral; but keep in mind it'll be harsh on your body. What's your cycle experience?

I've had a very similar discussion once. Now this is just my opinion and I don't think yo should take it to serious. What it camedown to was that if Anadrol (Msten in your case) could be run at high doses for 12 weeks (If it had no toxcicity etc) it would give more gains. It is however very harsh.

So we then concluded that test gives better gains due to the fact that it can be run for a looong time

The overall gains may be similar before PCT based on my experience, but the test would be way more sustainable.
