Hey everyone, so as the title suggests, im competing at Muscle Beach next weekend and I have my tanning protocol for normal, in door shows down but what does everyone suggest for outdoor shows where the lighting will just be from the sunlight?
Everyones suggestions/experience would be awesome as I'm not 100% sure how to approach this. Thanks a lot
