I think it's funny how the media generalizes "steroids" as a single drug with inevitable and irreversable side effects and indications while there are actually dozens of different steroids with dozens of potential side effects.
Like alcohol, it is the abusers that give anabolic steroids a bad name. According to the media, someone running 200mg of test for 8 weeks with a proper PCT is equal to someone stacking test, tren, deca, d-bol, anadrol, winstrol, m1t, and 3 pro-hormones for 16 weeks with no PCT.
They also leave out the genetic factor. For example, my friend and I's first cycle was Testosterone Cypionate. He gained a lot of fat that he never lost while I gained virtually none. His hairline also started to recede while mine is unchganged to this day, 4 test-based cycles later. I had nipple tenderness, which went away quickly with Nolvadex while he had nothing of the sort. I do better with Cyp, he does better with Enanth.
