Thanks for having me on here guys. I need help tweaking my supplement regimen below. This is my get well plan to fix low t 377, low free t 4.6, and high shbg 46.8 My labs are attached if I did it right. I don't have any idea where to start as far as selecting supplements that really work and how much to take. Ex. my dhea was 150.4 should be 400-500. any idea how much I should start with? I picked the one there below but not sure. If this is not your first rodeo chime in please thanks
What I am taking starting tomorrow
A.M.
DHEA 30 milliliters (bio matrix) – 4 drops sublingual or 5mg equivalent to 100mg oral c
Yohimbe Bark Standardized 3% 1 cap 100mg
(AE-3) - chrysin 1g, stinging nettle 280mg, dim 200mg, bioperene 16mg
(Estrogen Detox) TMG & DMG 3g -not sure of the ratio assuming 50/50
(Vitamin Code) raw B complex 4 caps
(Sulfur Defense) 1 tsp or 5g 99.9% methylsulfonylmethane --- for knees
(Vitamin Code) raw D3 5K iu
Mid day post workout
(Vitalzym) systemic enzymes 6-caps --- for recovery assistance
Protein shake – (Raw Organic Whey) 25g, 12oz. Raw/unpasteurized milk, 1 frozen banana, ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
(Sulfur Defense) 1 tsp or 5g 99.9% methylsulfonylmethane ---- for knees
Turmeric 1g – for C reactive protein
(Vitamin Code) raw zinc 30mg, with C 60mg
Evening
(Estrogen Detox) TMG & DMG 3g -not sure of the ratio assuming 50/50
(Vitamin Code) raw zinc 30mg, with C 60mg
Milk Thistle 350mg ---- for liver
(Vitamin Code) multivitamin 50 & wiser 4 caps
I usually eat eggs (farm fresh) & beef bacon (grass fed) for breakfast around 8:00
An assortment of mixed berries glass or raw milk pre- work out
Last meal around 6 to 7 salad & meat nothing after until breakfast
Age I’ll be 51 in September, wgt 239, bf % 36, hgt 5’-6”
I am not and have never been on any prescription medication
As far as cardio I can easily jog 2 miles in 24 min 20 if I push but I tend to get winded at that pace, my body will still let me do sprints which I think are better.
As far as Weights at the current moment 1 rep max on bench is 240 I can do 225 5x, 1 rep max dead lift 320 I can do 275 5x, squats are rough on my knees recovery takes at least 4 days usually I prefer front squats 185 5X regular squat 275 5x never gone higher
