Well where do I being lol...A lot of people probably don't want to deal w/ this question, because it is a stupid question. Not because of the question, itself, but because that the answer can be easily found w/ searching around a little bit. But only because I don't like the fact that you are messing around w/ AAS or PH's and can potentially screw yourself up I'll help ya out. Just grab yourself an oral syringe and suck up the mL's. Next time try to stay away from things until you have no more questions about how to use them.

Just do the math
20mg/per ml x how many ml's you will be using. Bottle will probably last for 2 4week pcts.
