How to manage timing for exercise?

Hello everyone, i work for an organisation called Invalid Link Removed. My shift time is morning 10 am to 7 pm evening. It took more than 1 hour to reach office everyday. Kindly suggest what should be the best time for the exercise. I want to be a regular gym guy.
 
Are you a morning or night person? Like when do you have the most energy or drive? Can you consistently get up at 5 am to train before work? If not, go after. You have 13 hours left in the day to play with and it all depends on what you are personally willing to do and sacrifice.
 
Make gym a priority and you’ll easily manage to hit the gym everyday.

Get up at what ever time is necessary to get your in, there is no better way to start your day !!
