I am a new member! Need a bit of help with the abbreviations? I am 38 y.o. Always been told if I worked out I'd be ripped! Well I am ready to be ripped! So now what? I am currently 4 days out from my last Testopel I plant. I am 6'2" and 242lb. I keep waking up with cramps in legs and back (like I need to STRETCH, so I have been. Something tells me if I add some supplementation and begin to aggressively lift I can do It. Sorry for being such a novice but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Oh and the tits are gone, after I started Tamoxifin a few weeks back.
 
First, I would like to welcome you to AM. Second, I still have problems with the abbreviations. Sometimes I have to google them to be honest. The best thing to do is ask the person who used them in a post. The people are very helpful here. I'm sure you will learn a lot. I personally don't have help for you with your other questions, but there are others that do. Have a great day!
 
Potassium supplement and lots of water and yea if you have any questions just pm the person who wrote it. ha
 
Everyone has their own abbreviations. Eventually you can just guess what they mean but no one has problems with being asked. Oh and the best bet to get ripped is to keep training simple, resist the urge to over complicate things.
