Im 5'10 135pounds. I work out 5 to 6 times a week. I take creatine mono and regular protein shake.
I would like to gain as much weight as possible by july 1st. then i wanna cut. I gain about 8 pounds so far. So if you can give me a diet plan, workout routine, just tips anything really it would be appreciated. also do i need to take more supps? thanks
