However, on weekends I work double 12 hour shifts. I feel like utter s##t, and have been doing this for 4 years.
I manage 4 hours Friday's, 5-6 hours Saturdays. It's tough, because it's when others mainly have time. It's not something I like, I do want to improve my sleep when I can.
But for when I can not get decent sleep, what would aid?
ALCAR has helped me in the past, I will be supplementing with this again.
Any other recommendations? I've found less coffee, actually makes me less tired later in the evening so I might cut that to just 1 mid morning.
