If you know what your macros are then you just need to adjust your macros to meet your goals, which are to cut. So that would mean lowering carbs and increasing protein a little. Also jumping on a nice fat burner and increasing cardio will put you well on your way.
You already started a thread about how to lean bulk. Now this one about cutting. First off you need to decide which you want to do and fully commit. Second you shouldn't worry about fat burners until you understand macros and all the nutritional stuff is down.
Pick one goal and go with it, if you want to cut start by calculating your maintenance calories and reducing it by 500 per day whilst keeping protein at 1g per pound of bodyweight.
If you want to lean bulk add 300-500 calories above what you need to maintain your weight from clean carbs whilst keeping protein at 1g per pound of bodyweight. also aim for a gain of 1/4 to 1/2 a pound per week to remain relatively lean.
