How to choose the right course

Hi

Just want to start by saying that i have been training for a good few years no . Im 24 tears old and weigh around 70kg and is 6ft tall

I have gyno on my right nipple and want to find out if it is possible to go on mataplex 100 and equipose then after 12 weeks run letro and then pct

Or is there a different approach to do this .

Best course of action is to attack gyno asap. Longer you let it sit/grow the harder it will be to get rid of it.

Start letro/nolva protocol asap.

I have gyno for 2 years now if not longer . Still to late or rather go see a doctor( what type of doctor)

Well obviously a doctor will be able to give you better advice then some guy on the internet.

Some medical papers I've read say you have up to 3 years before gyno has fully set in so you might be ok at 2.

That's still good news for me thanx for the help .
I will go on letro then update you guys to see if it helped .

I have started today with my letro . Im running a 1.25 half a pill a day for 1 week then kick it up to 2.5 a day until its gone then 1 week gear down up to 1.25 does it sound right

It's worth a try to run an AI and SERM cycle before considering surgery...
