How to calculat macronutrients for women?

Female coworker wishes to work out with me. Wants to know how much to eat in terms of carbs/protein/etc.

Is there a chart or table to plug in values for women to calculate values? I did a google search and they appear to be for males. I mean they really appear to indicate too much protein.

Any help appreciated. Good person involved.
 
macros dont change based on genre. any tdee calculator should allow you to choose between m/f
