How to Build an S&C Regimen

Long story short, I trained at American Top Team in FL, moved to Jersey, because I'm stupid, made friends with a boxer and we've been doing a lot of Ross Enamait stuff, but not very organized. I've been trying to organize a strength and conditioning program, but there's so much to try to fit in. Sparring, sprints, plyometrics, heavy lifting, sled dragging, hill sprints... I don't know how to do this, and can't seem to find a template. We have barbells, benches, weights, a sled, a VW Jetta (instead of a prowler), a homemade medicine ball, a sandbag... Anyone know how to do this?
 
You have to realize what you want is something that people charge hundreds on dollars to get.
 
Just google some strength and condition routines and I think you can find all of what you need or get some mma instructional vids and some of them will have some s&c programs in them but if you have been doing this stuff for a while you will already know what works for you good luck
