How to Bridge PH's

I'm looking to run Epistane and Hdrol very soon but I'm having trouble finding protocol on how to make a bridge cycle. I was going to run both at the same time but then i saw numerous threads on people wanting to bridge them.

I have 2 bottles of epistane and 2 bottles of hdrol, and 2 bottles of 1-t

I figure I can run the 1-t for a while since its not running through my liver, but the hdrol and epistane I'm not sure how to run.

I heard hdrol is good for 5 weeks and epi is good at 4 or longer.

I have cycle assist and nolva on hand already so any help would be appreciated

From what I understand Hdrol takes some time to kick in (2-2.5 weeks), so if you're going to bridge you should run the Hdrol first.

Hdrol - 50/50/75/75/75
Epi - 0/0/0/0/30/30/40/40

Thats what i understood from some of the other boards, and as far as the 1-t goes I can run throughout the cycle right?

I'm not 100% positive. I don't know much about 1-t - but have been reading that it should be taken solo initally to assess how it affects you. Also read that it would be good along side epi.

Idea - why not start it in the 2nd week of epi (so run it from week 6-8), that way you're not running 3 compounds at once. More is not always better!

You could probably run the 1T along with one of the compunds...I would not take hdrol and epi at the same time though...I did the 1T solo and did not get too much from it, however, everyone is different. It may work very well for you, and since it is a transdermal, there is no methyl issue with your liver.
