how suppressive is 3AD!?!?!?

Can anyone chime in on how suppressive 3AD would be. using a PH in PCT would usually not be advisable, but since the target hormone is 11-keto (=11-oxo) I wonder if it would be a nice addition to PCT (maybe in a pulse fashion?)of my 6 week PP\epi\finigenx cycle which will be coming to a close in 2 weeks and change. PCT is toremifene ramped down inversely to hyperdrol x2 with retain and all the ancillaries.....
 
I researched the target hormone 11-ketotestosterone and i found a bunch of studies about the inducing effect of 11-keto on spermatogenesis in fish. I don't know if this has the same effect on humans though. Outsidebacker did say though after his 30day cycle of this stuff that he didn't feel shutdown at all. Hmmm, interesting.
 
Anytime though that you introduce a new hormone into the body that mimics testosterone it will cause negative feedback which in turn causes natural testosterone production to stop. we need testosterone to produce sperm but maybe 11-keto has the same ability to induce spermatogenesis that testosterone does? So natural test would be suppressed but you would maybe not get the atrophy and hypogonadism that you experience if spermatogenesis was also inhibited. Just thiking.( i could be way off.)

Hell I had this problem before I ever did a cycle. I believe ultra low cholesterol levels, and low sat fat in a diet can contribute to hypogonadism.
 
yea lets definately keep this one goin PP. especially once the feedback comes in. As far as the distinction between spermatogenesis and suppressed test levels...thats interesting. this should be looked into.. it would definately help decide whether 3AD would be beneficial as a part of a cycle or a bridge\part of PCT...its never fun not being on anything!!! but health is the most imporant thing
 
The masses really dont know at this point yet. The only thing we can do is speculate. I imagine it not to be too bad, but should be treated as anything suppressive, with full bore PCT. I might even run it as a a bridge type deal, but I am just naughty like that.

Thats what I was thinking; that this compoud would be best for a bridging type situation. if not for a beginner\add on to a cycle....
 
11-keto testosterone...i should probably be able to put some more imput in here since i just did a research paper involving fish hormones...****

11-keto testosterone is the primary male sex hormone of fish and insects, i believe. i was under the impression, when reading, that it was much less powerful than normal testosterone in regards to its androgenic and anabolic affects.

im talking out of my ass, ill try and find that book again.

edit: i also recall it is involved in the ability of amphibians and certain fish to change their sex from female to male and vice versa

Hope this affect doesnt transfer over to humans. lol. Of course I am kidding, but that is very interesting. Hey jomi, whats your major? What class was that research paper for?

EDIT: from your age it would appear that your in a masters or Doctoral program.

hm it would seem that way huh? not quite

it was for a semester long endocrinology class, my major is biology

I read a post by PA on another board that said 6oxo extreme would definitely be sufficient enough as pct for 3ad/11oxo if ran solo and i also saw another post which i could be wrong but i thought DR. D said that there wasn't a need for a serm after using 11-keto. Obviously if you stack it with another ph and especially a methyl or ph that causes pretty good shutdown than i would think a serm would be in order for pct along with your normal support supps.
 
id err on the side of caution and use a SERM anyway. not worth the risk

just today i had ANOTHER guy come up to me and tell me he wasnt quite the same after an AI only PCT.

anyone see a trend?

Well, God bless Patrick. But like hell if I would recommend anything other than my own killa PCT product too.
 
I was thinking with 3AD as the bridging substance, being that I am 2 weeks from coming off of a 6 week PP, Epi, Finigenx phase cycle. Full PCT planned out and pending...
