I just ran a cycle of THE ONE and currently about a week into 2ND GEAR.
I've been reading a book (Better Than Steroids) and decided I want to try a round or two of "Supercompensation" to see how I do on it.
Supercompensation is basically a bastardized ABCDE and Keto. You carb deplete for a period (around a week to 14 days) followed by 36 hours of overeating. You eat every 2 hours on the dot. The author, the Doctor and bodybuilder Dr. Warren Willey, claims that he and clients have lost fat (usually 1-2 lbs) while gaining mass (6-12 lbs). Some of his clients were "jumpstarted" and continued massive gains while growing leaner after stopping supercompensation for months afterwards.
Anyway, I've been wonder how long after PCT should I attempt this potentially without ruining the gains off THE ONE?
