How soon after applying Transdermals can you shower?

Yes 4 hours should be plenty of time for the product to be fully absorbed

They say 6 hours before shower. As far as sweat I would say your ok. It’s going to happen.

Agreed on the sweat. I don't think that is too much of a concern. Everyone is going to sweat after applying.

for Invictus after gym and shower is ideal, applying 1st thing in morning blunts the morning rise in cortisol. in this situation cortisol is your friend. gym work also increases spike in cortisol, so applying after gym and shower is my go-to way of using.

as to smell, I highly recommend splitting dose [morning/early evening], so you are only applying 5ml, this is not a large amount and any odor should be short lived.
