there are alot of logs here that you can read thru, just search thru.

if cutting i would take something to go with it to take care of probable joint pain.
 
Ive ran PP 3 times and SD once. Im also looking into pulsing, I understand how to do it from Dr.D's article. Wondering if theres any other thing I should know, I can maintain a 2600 calorie diet, my maint. level is 3100. Im eatting 300+ grams of protein a day w/ 200 carbs.
