how should i take this adex?

its a 1mg pill, and taking tht much eod leave my joint feelin like shyt, should i do 1mg e3d or try jus splitting it down the middle and doing 50mg eod or e3d if thats too much?

I'm not a fan of Adex bc it's not good on lipids but I'd say try to split that odd looking pill up and do .5 mg EOD...what cycle are you using it for?

12 week test e (500mg e/w for 7 weeks, 700mg e/w the last 5 weeks)
