how should i take my pct?

curious im doing nolva probably 40/30/30/20

take it all right before bed? or should i take it throughout the day?

would adding 6-oxo help out? i heard its good to go with 6-oxo AND nolva... its only for superdrol.


i used to just PCT 6-oxo and took it all right before bed, what do you guys think? how should i take my PCT exactly?


also another question... if it's citrate in liquid form 1 ml = 20 mg... does that count for liquid form? so i should take 2 ml? or do i need to take more to get a functional 40mg
 
liquid form = tamoxifen citrate
- 2/3 of the weight is from tamoxifen, 1/3 from citrate.
- So, 40mg of Nolva (tamoxifen only is measured) = 60 mg of Tamoxifen Citrate
 
please get rid of this kid. he is completely ignorant when it comes to gear and posts on another board. this is his most recent progress pic after several cycles of m1t and other things.
