how should i dose usp asteroid stack

just received the stack from usplabs prime, ap, powerfull and need help if i should dose it according to the label or another way that's more effective i only have one bottle each. And if i should keep taking zma while on the stack.

yah the zma is fine

u may need to get used to taking AP and at least get the full amount of carbs
other than AP just follow the directions
