how should I add in Mdrol to my cycle?

Okay, i'm about to start a cycle of Havoc stacked with M1, 4AD for 4 weeks. I have a bottle of M drol left with about weeks worth at 20mgs, and I want to get rid of it. I don't want to stack all three, but would it be okay to take it the week before I start my stack?

1) move to anabolic forum
2) could prob go epi week 1-3 or 4 then mdrol week 3-6 or 4-7

probably safest at epi 1-3 and mdrol 3-6. but dont even attempt this unless you got enough nolvadex.

It's a waste IMO. The best effects of Mdrol come towards the end and after the 2nd week. Epi can be run for more than 4 weeks with continuing gains. Spare your health and time.
