how quickly does Mdrol shut you down...i just injured myself

A little paranoid here so i just need some reassurance....took one 10mg mdrol pill last night prior to workout....went this morning to help my friend move...yadda yadda....i have a splint on my wrist...

need to push this back this cycle...and obviously won't be taking any more at the moment...one 10mg pill...pretty certain i pissed it out by now...and shouldn't be concerned about shut down...i do weigh between 185-195....depending on day....
