How often do you run the same compound?

I run test every time :)

I run Anavar a good bit (not a PH, but an oral).
Besides that... I run whatever I feel like will help me achieve the results that I'm looking for, in a relatively safe manner.

Keep running it until you don’t see the same progress. You can either up the dose or switch to another product. Although might be better just to switch to test m.
 
Depends if you mean actual PHs or methylated steroids. Your good old fashioned 1AD and 1 andro you can pretty much run as often as you like as long as you're sticking to your recovery plans and succeeding at those. Methyls are a whole different story. Some you could run a few times a year others not so much. Some you could in theory run 5 days a week forever.
 
In the same run you mean? For example, you run one oral with test and you feel you need to switch to another oral because results stalled out?

Quick question about var, is there any specific indication that the var someone has is legit? May be getting some in the near future and is one compound I have no experience with
 
I’ve tried switching it up a bunch but yeah I always come back to test and msten
