How often do you have rest days?

Yesterday was a rest day but I still did 45 minutes of cardio
 
too many right now .. going thru some rough times trying to push through

but if i can get back to my schedule i was on 2 or 3 tops day off.
 
I only lift 3, maybe 4 days per week.

There is no doubt in my mind that I'd see better results adding another day or two into the rotation. However, as a "recreational lifter" I'm pretty happy with my current work/home/gym balance.
