i have been dieting for a bit, over 2 months. (i came back from a layoff about 5 4 months ago and stopped when i blew out my back). I am healthy again now.
The last month has been on Erase/alpha t2 and Oxyelite pro...
i have lost a comfortable 3 holes on my belt. My weight has not dropped a ton, which is weird because i am weighing in around 290. Have not missed a weight workout in these 2 months and i do light cardio (an hour at a time) about 3 days a week.
i get 300 grams of protein daily (mostly form chicken and casein/whey powders)
My diet has been all clean food... during the week only carbs around weight training. Weekends i try and hit maintenance from the clean food. I fast on fridays, breaking with some protein and fats.
i have not dropped a pound in the passed 2 weeks since adding creatine and gatorade to my peri workout nutrition. I used to be quite muscular about 5 years ago, i think i am still muscle rebounding as well...
My question is how much weight can creatine put on you? At 300 pounds could it put on about 8-10 pounds (i have not used creatine in years). My workouts have been amazing and because of that i am burning even more calories (based on my HR monitor) so i have been expecting to see some pounds drop every friday when i weight myself after my fast.
