What's a good daily dose for ostarine? Is 50mg the sweet spot or even enough

None.

If you havent purchased yet, Id go LGD over ostarine.

I dont think there is much point dosing ostarine over 30mg per day. Few people notice any difference over 20-30mg. Hell, on an aggressive cut 10mg legit ostarine will minimise muscle loss; but this stuff isnt tren, and wont start adding muscle if you up the dose in a deficit.

I just finished about 5 months on lgd. Thought I'd try ostarine, I got one bottle , was gonna try that while i prep my next cycle (TEST and eq)

And lgd was great btw, gained 20lbs over those 5 months.
