How much of a caloric surplus?

Currently started sup3r 1 and sup3r 4 by OL. Also taking 250mg test E weekly. Wondering how much of a caloric surplus I should be getting. I'm 29, 6'2", 200 lbs, 15% bf. I'm at 10% above maintenance right now, macros at 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs.
 
This is a bulk right?
250mg test-e? Why such a low dose when it suppresses you anyway? Are you cruising?
Why do you take 4-Andro (sup3r 4) while injecting test?
IMHO, for a true bulk, 10% over maintenance is NOT enough.

That is not a normal dose. I'm no specialist for TRT though.
Everyone is different when it comes to nutrition (bulk), IMHO, to achieve visible results, you should go at least 30% over your maintenance.

The question in my mind is:
Does 4-Andro in presence of exogenous test aromatize to estrogen at a higher rate ?

You already have a test base.
I would drop the 4-Andro and seek a good oral bulker, like DMZ (if you don't have access to the real stuff).
1-AD at the right dose is a nice addition, I admit.

Thanks for the information. Can you elaborate on the relation between test e and 4 ad? My test e prescription is half that of a cycle dosage, would the 4 ad not still increase base test?

A successful cycle can be done with low test as a base, there is no need to up on your test, if you stack with a good bulking compound.
Sadly, some of the awesome PH's for bulk are banned, like Superdrol.
DMZ comes to mind, as it does not aromatize, muting the need of an AI.
With a test base of 250mg/week it would be a fun cycle, also the 1-AD (dosage dependent) would be a good add-on.

4-AD converts in the body not only into test, it also aromatizes into estrogen. What I don't know is, if sufficient test is already in your system (250mg/week is over normal range) does this has an influence on the conversion of the 4-AD?
What I sure know is, you don't need the fugging 4-AD for your bulk, but should get a good oral bulker.
 
I would look into something like Msten or Dmz like hairygrandpa said.

I don't know much about the andro products, but being in TRT I think you'd be happier with something a little stronger.

Was it super dmz 4.0 or something? Super dmz 1.0-3.0 used to have DMZ, Msten, and 1 alpha in them.

They just named a blend of andros 4.0 to help with sales, because it's a much much milder product than the previous versions.

Ahh I see, Dimethylzine.... Can I get a recommendation on proper dosage and length of cycle when combined with 1 andro? Going to do 1 andro for 8 weeks

For a first actual cycle, the andro products on top of TRT would definitely give you some gains, I just personally would not mess with something that mild on TRT. You don't need to worry about shut down and as long as you have proper cycle support you shouldn't have any issues.

4-8 weeks depending on cycle experience and the dosage. I think with dmz around 45mg is the sweet spot, but I've never ran it. I've seen people dose it from 30mg-60mg+
Dma378 will have better input for the Andros, I believe he's ran some while on Test.

DMZ just at the recommended label dosage, maybe upping a capsule per day for the second half of the cycle, going for 6-8 weeks.
You'll need some cycle support like tudca -and or nac.
The 1-AD, for me personally, is severely under dosed. I bought the oral -and the TD version, then combined the recommended label dose of the oral with the label dose of 1-AD trans dermal and had decent results.
I read somewhere, that upping the dose of andro compounds is only to a certain degree effective, as the body converts them and runs out of certain chemicals to do so at higher dose.

Wtf is wrong with that? If a persons chemistry proves a medical necessity why place an undue burden on your body by not giving it what it truly needs to be healthy.

Age is not a factor here.. There is a difference between wanting and needing, and needing excess values vs needing for clinical applicable levels.
