How much Nolvadex for a M1t 4ad cycle?

How much nolvadex is recomended for lets say a 4 week cycle of M1t at 10-20mg 4ad 600mg? I want to make sure I get enough of this stuff since I can actually afford it over at customnutrition. I know its been covered before but what dosage should you start out with on the nolvadex and then taper it down to and would it be smart to take some Tribulus with it on the post cycle? I'm already planning on using ZMA for post cycle along with the nolvadex so would the tribulus be needed?

Thanks...I didn't see the sticky thing up top. I haven't been on here in a while and it changed a little. All I saw was that one sticky about making a prohormone but I found the others.

I did not however find any info about taking the Tribulus...I'm guessing its probably not necessary.

One other question I wondered was how long is the shelf life of nolva and where should it be stored? In the fridge or at room temp?
