How much Nolva to keep bloat down on cycle?

A buddy of mine wants to do a test E cycle at 700mg/week. And he wants to use some Nolvadex to keep down the bloat. How much should he use?

zero.. it is a SERM and is antagonistic to ER in breast tissue, but agonistic in other areas.. It doesn't reduce the amount of estrogen in your body, you need an Aromatase Inhibitor to help with bloat.

IMHO the SERM method for bloat is outdated and wrong.
