How much Nolva is too much?

Currently on a Sust/EQ cycle. 1 week in. Already getting bad flare up in right nip (I am gyno prone).

Took .5mg Adex with 10mg Nolva 3 out of the past 4 days. Felt like it crushed my estro. Felt super lethargic and sluggish. So last night I switched to Nolva only at 20mg.

Could I take 20mg Nova ED during this cycle or would that be overkill?

I usually run 5-10mg when I run it on cycle.

Yea just worried that may not be enough. My right nip is already flaring.

Want to make sure there's no adverse affects with taking too much nolva (for example like taking too much AI will crush your estro and make you feel like ****).

Everything over 20mg is too much. If it is real nolva 20 is more than enough

This is also not true. I was speaking to an endo that prescribed 40mg nolva if you had a gyno flare up - only for a very short time period though. To maintain during a cycle 10 mg eod or e3d is just fine.

Nolva won't reduce circulating estrogen, you need an AI for that. But it prevents estrogen from binding to breasticle. I'd run low dose Nolva with your normal AI dose.

Just because one endocrinologist prescribes that dosage doesn't make it untrue?

No not just one, many drs prescribe it as a quick treatment for a flare up of gyno in men using trt. The dr is obv. scripting real nolva at over 20mg so my point is that over 20 is not too much, given certain situations. This isnt a long term treatment. Yes taking 20+mg ed for an entire cycle is too much - 20mg a week would prob be fine for most just for prevention.

Yea I started at 10mg eod and still got a flare up.

Thoughts on 20mg ed till it goes away then maintain on 10mg ed?

That will work just fine. Ralox is better for gyno issues but harder to source and more expensive. Get it if you can find it.

I mean during pct, on cycle an AI is better
