I like bananas, blueberries, beets and watermelon as far as fruit goes. I really don’t eat much fruit because my stomach doesn’t handle it well so I eat it in moderation but post workout some fruit can be very beneficial.
It varies from person to person. If you weigh more and your trying to maintain, you need more food in you to maintain your size so your gonna spend more money on food because you need more. If someone is trying to cut, You wont eat as much so your spending less on food. Then there is those guys who have everything that is organic so do what works for you!
Mate same here a heap of meat and tonnes of fruit is my diet, what’s your bf% I’ve been thinking the fruit my be why I’m struggling to get under 10% and stay there I find I go between 9-11% would like to get to 6-7%
