How much HCG???

If I was going to use HCG half way through and at the end how much HCG would I need ???? 10,000 I U's be suffcient? Or is less ok?

It seems the best method of HCG use can be more contoversial than the gear itself.

Swale's recommendation is 250iu 2x/week throughout, and he doesn't like the idea of dosing more than 500iu in a day, which kind of makes the halfway jumpstart idea difficult. HCG is pretty cheap, why not run it all the way through with femara (1.25mg ed or eod)/arimidex (1mg ed or eod) and 10mg Nolva/day? (AI doses will vary depending on how "dry" you want to stay and how susceptible you are to gyno.)

swale's protocol works great. i wouldn't use an AI unless it's needed, it hinders gains somewhat. a good diet takes care of most your needs.
