How much fat in -1lb/week?

Right now I'm 173lbs, aiming to get to 158 in 13weeks (-1lb/week).
How much of this -1lb/week will be fat?
I know during bulking when +1lb/week, should be about 0.5muscle and 0.5fat


Also.. I'm around 10%bf, will -1lb/week be too much?
 
First of all, 173-13=160:

Secondly, my guess is the majority of it will be muscle at that bf if you aren't cycling.
 
There isnt a rule at which body fat and muscle are accumulated or lost at. It depends on lots of thing such as current numbers, nutrition, workout frequency and intensity, etc
 
Yea, at that % you'll definitely risk dropping muscle by dropping that many lb's. Are you getting ready for a show or why the arbitrary number?
