Right now I'm 173lbs, aiming to get to 158 in 13weeks (-1lb/week). How much of this -1lb/week will be fat? I know during bulking when +1lb/week, should be about 0.5muscle and 0.5fat
Also.. I'm around 10%bf, will -1lb/week be too much?
There isnt a rule at which body fat and muscle are accumulated or lost at. It depends on lots of thing such as current numbers, nutrition, workout frequency and intensity, etc
