How much Extremesane AI ?

What's the average dosing for extremesane while on cycle AI? I've ran multiple cycles but stuck with arimistane. Figured grabbing extremesane for the next run. I know dosing depends on the individual.
 
Completely depends on your cycle. What do you have planned out? If it's a non aromatizing ph then I wouldn't use an ai on cycle unless you have high estrogen sides.

It'll be an Epistane / 4andro / Cardarine stack for my cut. Just slowly grabbing all the necessities. I know chances of high estro sides are unlikely but if the need arises what would be the dose protocol? Am i better off just sticking with arimistane?

I wouldn't run armistane or any other ai on epistane, it's really a dry ph and estrogen sides are very unlikely. Epistane is more known for estrogen rebound after pct so that's when I would use my exemestane. 12.5mg eod is a good exem dose to start at if needed on cycle or to run in pct past your serm.

6.25mg daily. I prefer daily dosing over EOD to keep levels more stable. You shouldn't need much if any at all.
 
I've had good results with 25mg e3d. Studies have shown estrogen doesn't return to normal levels until after day 4, iirc.

This is how I'm running exem on test cyp, working great for me so far.
