Every body is different. If you eat well and train well you can keep all the actual weight (not the initial water/bloat). Keep eating and training hard during PCT and beyond and you should have no problem keeping 70-80% of the gains. One of the harder parts is if you shut down at the end and hit a wall of lethargy, can make it tough to keep going hard.
Solid gains man, I would expect to loss 3-5 pounds in the first 2 weeks or so, but if you are training hard and eating right expect to gain back 1-2 pounds before the end. Though, this all depends person to person
