How much caffeine in one serving of Lit-Up?

I, like most people frown upon proprietary blends. As I train in the evening, I am wary of taking caffeine preworkout. I saw another post saying it's equivalent to one cup of coffee, but there is a cup coffee and then there is a cup of coffee. How many milligrams are we talking?

Approximately 100-150 mg per scoop.

Hmm..I'm going to take that as being closer to 150mg then 100. Which means I won't be able to take any more than one scoop. I sure as hell hope one scoop is enough.
