I would guess at about 220mg based on my experience with that and other supplements. The energy blend is perfect. If you haven't tried it, you'll love it. Not too much stim, just perfect in my opinion.,

I absolutely agree, I am just about to finish up my first tub and I will def get more after I cycle off stims for a bit.
